My memories of Andrew date from when we worked together in CC in the early 1990's. I remember a wonderfully solid thoughtful and well balanced colleague. Andrew's ever present smile, his politeness and gentle manner made it a joy to work with him. It was an honour to have shared many good times together and I feel certain Andrew will be missed by more people than he could ever have imagined. Michael Forkin
